International tattoo conventions can often become household names fortified by their immense legacy, entertainment, talent, and overall culture and vibe. These factors combined can grant legendary status to any event globally of which Le Mondial du Tatouage is a prime example of this. Le Mondial Du Tatouage 2026: International tattooing in the Heart of Paris

Founded in 1999 by Legendary tattooer Tin-Tin, Le Mondial du Tatouage is not only a prestigious event for Paris, but worldwide as well with artists coming from all parts of the world including USA, Japan, Brazil, Canada, and more to be a part of this international sensation in the tattooing industry!
A massive event such as Le Mondial Du Tatouage requires a massive tour de force in the tattoo industry to uphold and organize of which tattoo legend, Tin-Tin, leads not only in talent and knowledge but passion and drive as well. At the helm of this convention, Tin-Tin never fails to deliver with the 2026 edition of Le Mondial proving to be another incredible success!

Tin-Tin is the owner of his aptly-named Tin-Tin Tatouages, started his tattooing career at the age of 18 and has since gained world-renowned status, cementing him as one of the greats of modern tattooing! Tin-Tin specializes in primarily flawless Japanese style and Irezumi of which people from all around the world come to see him for work, including famous celebries such as Brad Pitt and Beyonce! We commend his hard work on delivering this coveted tattoo event!
The tattoo and art scene in Paris is filled with spectacular talent and vibrant, surreal tattooing. A blend of styles and a very modern approach to the trade which is shown off in spades at the 2026 edition of Le Mondial Du Tatouage!
From January 30th to February 1st, the Grande Halle de La Villette (a premier cultural center in Paris) in the 19th arrondissement built in 1865, was burning vibrantly with tattoo passion as international and local tattoo artists filled the space with eccentric tattooing and culture.
From more modern contemporary tattooing to classic traditional, Japanese, and black and grey, Le Mondial du Tatouage brought diversity and talent for every tattoo lover and art enthusiast alike.
Wether you were there to get tattooed by renowned artists or just check out the scene, there was something for everyone at this incredible display of tattoo prowess making those seeking new body art and entertainment all the more accessible. Each aisle and every corner were filled with things to see and art to admire, not a dull moment or spectacle at this years legendary Paris event.
The event also highlighted several art exhibits displaying the artistic and heritage dimension of the 10th Art through several major exhibitions. A few of the exhibits being presented over the weekend included Jondix's Astral Spell, Aimée Cornwell's first convention exhibition, Max Ghostar's Tattoo Masters series of watercolors, the vibrant paintings of Cristopher Mendez, a rare exhibition of Japanese prints of tattooed people presented by Xavier Durand, as well as a sensitive photographic look by Zozios and Claude Bencimon.
In addition to those seeking more entertainment, Le Mondial du Tatouage hosted musical acts, particularily those in the edgy hardcore scene, to go beyond what is anticipated at tattoo events. From local acts such as emo/metalcore group TSS, to more familiar names such as the Napalm Death - critically acclaimed Grindcore pioneers - this tattoo celebration doubled as a premier hardcore music event which ceased to deliver a powerful punch for music lovers and tattoo enthusiasts alike!
The massive size of the event hall made it a perfect space to blend precise tattooing and loud music in harmony, ensuring one did not drown out the other with their presence. Not many conventions are able to pull off such a feat, making for another exciting, brilliant and unique edition of Le Mondial du Tatouage! If you were looking for something quiet, dull, or just plain uninspired, you certainly will not find that here! We can only anticipate maybe a next edition of this tattoo staple will rock just as hard in the future.
